May 12, 10AM - 12:30PM. Use up those bits and scraps and build your won quilting fabric. This is fun and so non-stress!- perfect for those days where you just want to sit and sew and not worry ab out patterns or matching. If you have no scraps this class is not for you. ???? But if you have been sewing a while, you know that they are just too precious to throw away. Mary even has some options to kick-it-up-a-notch. Bring your machine and a pile of scraps!

March 28, 10 - 11:30AM, Straight?Line / Walking Foot Quilting – Beginner Class Learn the essentials of straight?line quilting using a walking foot. We’ll cover how to set up your quilt “sandwich,” basting methods, managing bulk on a domestic machine, and simple beginner?friendly quilting design options. You’ll also learn how to install and operate a walking foot with confidence.

May 23, 1 - 3:30 pm Advanced Free Motion Domestic or Long Arm Feathers are the ultimate Free Motion design, but there are options to use on your journey to feathers,- like eight or more options that will introduce the principles of feathers and make excellent fills in their own right. No machine necessary but bring a white-board and/or lots of paper!

April 7th, 1 - 2:30PM. Are you nervous using a rotary cutter? Feel that improving cutting skills would improve your accuracy? This will be about an hour of demonstration explaining in depth the techniques, tools and tips to elevate your skills.

April 11, 1 - 4PM. Yes, you can master free motion and move past that "stitch in the ditch" rut! Join Merrie Woodward for a low stress, lets have fun approach to teaching free motion quilting. Merrie will give you tips to make your free motion experience more successful; thread, batting, needles and such. Then you will spend time on your machine learning all the fun stuff! Any standard sewing machine (and sewist) is welcome to join!

April 25 and May 2, 1-4 pm. This class is applicable to Long Arm machines or Domestic machines. A review of free motion quilting will begin this class , then we will move on to easy basic rulers. Wow will this expand your quilting options. This class is two sessions exploring different ruler options.
